Having released new album 'III' at the end of 2012, Crystal Castles have just put out a new video for track Sad Eyes. Sticking with a current visual trend for more DIY, VHS-style video clips, this short, warped clip features a newly lilac-haired Alice Glass in a variety of surreal settings; clutching a dead bouquet and surrounded by fairy lights, playing with dolls. Distorted colour and fuzziness add another layer of intrigue to the mysterious video, which also includes scenes of people in strange, pale balaclava masks as well as snippets of Crystal Castles' famously frantic live performances, complete with strobes. It was shot by Rob Hawkins, the same director who created the video for Baptism.
